Are you a passionate marketing professional with a knack for creative campaigns, event promotion, and B2B marketing? Do you have a talent for adapting content for the German market? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are looking for a Marketing Executive or Marketing Assistant to join our team, working within our Telephony specialist business unit alongside top-tier vendors such as Algo, Spectralink, and AudioCodes.

This is a flexible role, offering opportunities based on your experience level and location:

• If you’re based in Germany and experienced, we offer a part-time (3 days/week) position.
• If you’re based in Germany and junior, we offer a full-time position (5 days/week).
• If you’re based in the UK, the role is full-time (5 days/week), open to both experienced and junior candidates.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Marketing Strategy & Execution – Drive marketing initiatives that align with vendor and business goals.
✔ Translation & Localisation – Adapt English campaigns for the German market to ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy.
✔ Event Marketing – Plan, promote, and execute events in Germany, including trade shows, webinars, and partner events.
✔ Social Media Management – Manage the German LinkedIn page and schedule engaging content.
✔ Collaboration – Work closely with the Vendor Manager, Business Development Manager, and Pre-Sales Specialist to execute marketing plans effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Marketing Expertise – B2B marketing experience, ideally in the technology or telecoms sector.
✅ Bilingual Fluency – Native German speaker with business-level English.
✅ Content Creation – Ability to craft engaging marketing copy, social media posts, and event promotions. (Adobe Suite experience is a plus!)
✅ Event & Campaign Management – Experience in planning and executing events and marketing campaigns.
✅ Digital Marketing Savvy – Familiarity with social media, email marketing tools, and analytics.
✅ Strategic & Collaborative Mindset – Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
