The Team
Welcome to the powerhouse of Nuvias UC's UK Sales Team, where innovation meets expertise. Led by our seasoned UK Sales Director and Senior Head of UK Sales, our team is comprised of Segment Account Managers (SAMs), Renewals & Subscription Specialists, Internal Sales champions, and dynamic Business Development Managers (BDMs). Each role plays a strategic part in our business landscape, with SAMs focusing on tailored customer solutions and BDMs leading specialist units covering CCaaS, UCaaS, Telephony, and now Spaces (Rooms and AV).
The Role
As a Business Development Manager (BDM) within the Spaces Specialist Business Unit (SBU), you're at the forefront of driving innovation and growth in our dynamic sales environment. Working with the Business Unit Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our solution segments and the sales team, focusing specifically on Spaces.
Your expertise in the vendor and solution segment is instrumental in shaping our strategic approach to customer engagement. Collaborating closely with your Vendor Manager, Marketing Executive, and Pre-Sales counterparts aligned with the Spaces SBU, you'll craft tailored plans to drive revenue and market penetration.
In this role, every day brings new opportunities to cultivate relationships and drive business development. Whether you're deepening connections with existing vendors, devising growth strategies with customers, or prospecting for net new business, your proactive approach sets the stage for success.
As the go-to expert within the Spaces SBU, you'll leverage your specialised knowledge to identify ideal customers and guide them towards realising their full potential. Working hand-in-hand with (SAMs), you'll empower them with in-depth vendor insights and support them in expanding their customer base.

Package
Base salary: Up to £50,000 (doe)
Commission: £20,000pa
Car Allowance: £5,400pa
Full-time: 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Base: Our Newbury Office (role is hybrid 3 days in the office 2 days from home) with the expectation for daily customer/vendor visits either F2F or Virtual
