The Role
The candidate is required to be fluent in French & English đŹ
This is a Temporary role for 6 months, with the potential to go permanent.Â
In this role you will support our Account Managers within the business to deliver the best customer experience, for both existing customers and all inbound enquiries. We're looking for an individual who thrives within a fast-paced environment who is able to work well within a team and independently using their own initiative. Our ideal candidate will be time oriented with great attention to detail, and comfortable working with in-house systems and MS Excel.Â
Salary ranging between - âŹ26,000 - âŹ34,000 - dependant on experience.
The Team
The Sales Support team provides a range of key support services which underpin the Nuvias UC business across France. The team provides services to all sales, Business Development and renewals departments across the company, enabling these teams to focus on direct customer engagement and activity whilst ensuring all customer queries and quotation requests are handled effectively. This includes the proactive handling of inbound requests from customers via email of phone, as well as request from internal teams.
What will you be doing?Â
- Provide internal support for inbound calls and email enquires to SalesÂ
- Act as the internal liaison for other departments with queries
- Generate quotations, ensuing Vendor promotions are applied, quotes with finance options including, cross sell/upsell or PS added
- Manage all inbound key customer enquiries, acting as the go-to person
- Align key customer support based on accounts allocated, ensuring these customers have a back-up contact in the event of any absence in the team
- Raise of Deal registrations on vendor portal on behalf of customers
- Internal process requests â Demo, Loan, SOR, Stock Transfer requests
- Registering opportunities on NetSuite
- Supporting sales with forecasting â OSR and Opportunity report
- Requesting vendor support, bids,
- Customer set-ups/on-boarding â Central place for sorting T&Cs
- Hub account set up
- Customer pricing level amendments on the system
- Raise expired vendor pricing to vendors on items on the OSR.
- Account specific reporting on required accounts
- Completing commercial invoice template with end user details and end user pricing
Don't worry, we'll give you constant on the job training when required, company sales training, product training and many other courses to develop your skills in this role.
